What do I get when I buy the course?
For a one-time payment you will get lifetime online access to the full course curriculum as specified in the 50/50 Course sign up page.
How can I access the course?
Once you’ve enrolled you can log in and view the course content online at any time via your desktop, tablet or smartphone.
Can I watch the content offline?
Yes! Once you’ve logged-in to your account and have access to a course, you will see a ‘download’ button within the video player screen for individual clips. The clip will sit in your designated download folder once completed. Content download available to desktop or laptop.
Can I preview the course before I enrol?
The course curriculum shows every video tutorial in the course, split into sections. Watch the preview video instructional as a course taster and to check the video playback quality on your devices.
How do I pay?
We process payments using the secure Stripe Payment Gateway and all the usual debit/credit cards are accepted. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
Do you offer multi-currency pricing?
You can buy in US dollars and the price (including any applicable VAT for UK and European sales) will be shown in the checkout. VAT will be applied where applicable in Europe based on the card billing address. If you have a VAT number please enter it at the checkout and you will not be charged VAT.
Don't forget that your card issuer or bank may charge fees for making a purchase in a different currency, or for an international transaction, so please check with them about any additional charge they collect above the course purchase price paid to us as shown on your order confirmation.
What if my payment fails?
If your bank offers any information about why they haven't accepted your payment you will see a message in the checkout - such as incorrect number/expiry date/currency not supported.
Your bank may not authorise a payment without further confirmation of your identity so you could be asked to authenticate further during the checkout process.
If you have no idea why your bank has declined the payment then you will need to contact your bank direct to ask them for further information, then try again if they approve the transaction to be presented again.
I think I’ve paid, but I can’t play any videos.
If you have received the on-screen message from Ryan thanking you for enrolling then your payment has been successful, You should be able to access your course as soon as payment has cleared, which is generally straight away.
If you do not receive an on-screen message to say that your order has been successful, that will mean that there was a problem processing payment, and your order has not completed.
How do I watch the videos?
From your account you'll access My Courses and select your course, then play your videos. You just need to select play and the videos will run. Performance will be based on the speed of your Internet connection and browser, amongst other things. You can adjust the speed by selecting the gear icon for each video.
Please do make sure to check out the full curriculum and the preview video in the curriculum to make sure you are happy with what you see in terms of playback quality and Ryan's teaching style before you make your purchase.
How do I set up my user account?
You do this as part of the checkout process. Make sure that you choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
I can't log in to my account
Check that you are entering the correct email address and password.
What happens if I forget my password or user name?
When you attempt to log in you can request an email link to re-set your password. If you just want to change your password and you can remember it, you can reset your password from within your account.
I’m not receiving your emails
Check your spam filters and make sure to add ryanhallonline.com to your safe senders list.
It’s also possible that your email was incorrect when you placed your order. You can check and update your email address from within your account.
When you place your order you will be asked to confirm that you are happy to receive emails from us relating to your account. If you want to contact us via our member contact form (in My Account) you will need to have checked this box in the checkout.
You can update/amend these permissions in your My Profile section in your user account.
